To achieve these priorities we must achieve transitional justice with all its aspects, the political transitional justice, and also the economic, social and legal justice; when these are achieved we will also achieve reconciliation and will build the state.

For us in Libya, when we look to the streets, the first priority now is security, they need to establish security and for Libyan citizens to feel secure and safe so life go back to normal and people go back to their work, we want life to be like before. For the health sector, they should first take care of the injured and treat them whether here inside Libya or outside so these injured people feel the state is doing its best for them as they sacrificed themselves for the sake of the state so they state in its turn must not be delinquent with them.

The priorities are security, education and healthcare, I think it is a matter of time before Libya goes to its right track and everything will be excellent hopefully.
