تتخذ ايران تكتيات مختلفة في تعاملها مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة للذرية من هذه التكتيات ادعاء طهران ان المعلومات الواردة في تقرير الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية قديمة وانها قامت بالرد عليها ، وهذا ليس صحيحا فالمعلومات حديثة ولكن طهران تلزم الصمت ولا تقدم تفسيرا لكل محتويات التقرير .
تعيش ايران هاجس التعرض لضربة معادية تدمر منشاتها النووية وتعيدها الى المربع الاول. فالعقوبات وان كانت تعطل الجهود وتؤخرها الا ان ضربة عسكرية مباشرة قد توقف هذا البرنامج المثير . تحاول ايران حماية تلك المنشات بنقلها الى اماكن اكثر امنا. وتقول بعض المصادر انه يجري حاليا نقل بعض تلك المنشات الى مخابىء تحت الارض بالقرب من مدينة قم. و لكن هل يكفي هذا الاجراء لحماية البرنامج من ضربة معادية ،لسنوات سعت الولايات المتحدة وحلفاؤها لاعاقة برامج التسلح الايرانية وبشكل سري من خلال تزويد ايران بقطع غيار غير صالحة او برامج كومبيوتر وفق ما يقول مسؤول مخابرات سابق. لم يظهر بعد اي دليل على عمليات تخريب ولكن برنامج ايران النووي تعرض بالفعل الى ضربات معيقة اخرت تقدمه في السنوات الاخيرة.انفجارات غامضة في مصدرها لكنها واضحة في نتائجها ضربت اثنتين من المنشات العسكرية الايرانية في احد تلك التفجيرات قتل فيها الجنرال حسن طهراني مقدم وهو مؤسس برنامج الصواريخ البالستية.يرى مختصون في الشان الايراني ان ذلك الانفجار وهو واحد من اكبر الانفجارات في السنتين الماضيتين كان جزءا من عملية لاعاقة البرنامج النووي،الاحراج الذي وقعت فيه ايران جراء تلك العمليات اسكت ايران عن الرد. وصمت الاعلام الايراني كثيرا عن تلك الحوادث. ولم تظهر ايران انها سترد باي شكل على ما يعتقد بانه محاولات استباقية لاجهاض برنامجها النووي قبل توجيه الضربة الاخيرة.
The importance of IAEA report about Irans nuclear program
Iran use different tactics in dealing with IAEA, like claiming that information in the IAEA report is old and Iran responded to them. And this is not true because the information presented by the IAEA is new, but Iran is keeping its silence and do not offer any explanation to any report.

Iran is obsessed of getting any strike to its nuclear installations and bring it back to square one. Though sanctions are slowing Iran down but a military strike to the nuclear installations might halt this controversial program. Iran is trying to protect these installations by moving them to a securer place. Some resources say that the installations are moved to underground hideout near the city Qom. Does this procedure protects the program from a strike?
For years, USA and its allies tried to hinder the Iranian armament programs secretly by supplying Iran with bad spare parts or old computer programs, according to a previous intelligence officer. No sign for damage appeared yet but Irans nuclear program is already took a painful blows that slowed it down in the recent years. Strange explosion took place while the results were obvious, after two Iranian military installations were hit, General Hassan Tahrani the founder of ballistic missiles program was killed.
Experts in the Iranian affair see that the explosion was one of the biggest in the last couple of years, and was part of an operation to hinder the nuclear program. The embarrassment which Iran fell in made it speechless. Iranian media was always silence regarding such accidents. Iran did not appear that it will respond in any way on what is called last attempts to abort its nuclear program before Iran gets the final strike.
